Heading South Tomorrow

Tomorrow is the day that we head South for a few weeks. I will be off the air until Wednesday at least. That is when we will arrive but I need time to get set up with WiFi. I will be back up by Thursday I would think. I'm anxious to go and to see all of our friends from different parts of the U.S.; however, I will really miss my family and friends back home. I always drag my feet when we are leaving (Don accuses me of this and I think he's right); yet, when we get on the road then I become a happy traveler. There are so many beautiful places in this world to see that we should move around the states more than we do perhaps.

The grandchildren were so sweet today when they hugged me goodbye. Livvy said, "I'm really going to miss you." (Don says she really knows how to push my buttons. He says they both know how to do that). Our son came down for a few hours and had lunch with us. I still miss him since he left home. And, it's always sad to see Keni go out the door even though she lives next door.

I'm going to shut down the computer, pack it away, and prepare to take it with me to the RV around 8:30 tomorrow morning (we can't leave earlier because we have to wait for the post office to open).
