Baseball is for Everyone to Enjoy!

Baseball has always been a great pastime of Americans, for adults and children alike. Our church tour group will be visiting Washington, D.C. soon, and while there, we will attend a Nationals ballgame. We have 11 children going on our trip, most of whom are obsessed with the game of ball; even the younger ones love to throw and catch balls, and many of them also on playing on organized teams (it seems that they are playing every day practically and loving every minute of it). They may be surprised when I tell them about the interests that many of our presidents have shown to the great American sport.

I'm so busy this week with many things going down. First, Hubby has to make a trip to his physical therapist tomorrow (I must go with him and see what I might have to do to help him with his home exercises; oh yes, and to eat lunch at the nearby cafeteria!); I must prepare my Sunday School lesson that I will be teaching next Sunday (I had Children's Church today which was a bit of a surprise late last night); I have to get folders ready for the group trip participants, make a seating chart for the bus; I have to pack and get everything ready for the trip, not just my things but things I carry for the group; and, for the most fun of all, I have to keep my grandchildren one day and night.
