Red Means Love this Weekend

It's bad about the plane crash in New York last night. I feel so sorry for those families and friends left behind. One lady in the plane was going to a celebration at the school where she first met her husband, one of the people who lost his life on 9/11. This story doesn't have a happy ending as did the plane crash into the Hudson, I'm sad to say.

Today, some of the crowd is going to see the horses but we decided to skip that trip since we have been there and done that one. Maybe later on or maybe we'll wait until next year. We're not sure what we will do today but, no matter what, we will try to do as usual and enjoy our day.

Tomorrow is Valentine's Day, a reminder to my readers that the color red means love and friendship this weekend. There's a lot of red in the park. Many of the campers have valentine flags flying; some have lighted hearts in their windows; there are many RV's that have red lights blinking on their awnings. Many do as we have this year and have nothing outside. I ran over my yard flag holder so I can't put out my flag. Maybe I will get a new stand before St Patrick's Day when everyone does something green.
