Cool Capers

Nothing much happening in Florida other than watching people walking by our RV all bundled up. Most everyone is staying hunkered down in their RV's like us. Hubby is now leaving on his bike to ride down to the Post Office (only 1 and 1/2 blocks away) but on the bike that's tough: one way riding will be against the strong up-to-30 MPH winds. The temp is holding in the low 50's today but with the winds it feels much cooler. In other words, the only capers anyone is involved in are very cool capers. We will be going out to eat dinner with all our neighboring friends since one will be leaving tomorrow and another is leaving next week. Time is drawing short here and there have been so few days for summer clothes here.

I really needed several more sweatshirts with me, especially since there are none available around here. Maybe we will have at least a week of warm weather before we leave. Saturday is our park picnic and it's supposed to warm up for that. I surely hope that it will because the picnic is not a good day to participate in a cool caper.
