A Time to Celebrate!

It's almost time to celebrate! My older sister and her husband are celebrating 50 years of marriage tonight and my other siblings, his siblings, their children's families and we will be joining them soon to help them remember that joyous occasion! I'm looking forward to, once again having the opportunity to recall fun times. I'm sure there will be moments of sadness as well when we think of our departed family members who shared those times with us 50 years ago: our parents, several of his siblings, and other close family friends. We will try to keep it light and happy tonight, I'm sure, and concentrate a lot on the moment as we build new memories.

So, let's celebrate! We are always looking for something else to celebrate. And this is a very special celebration! So tonight, Sis and Bro, we say "HAPPY 50th ANNIVERSARY!!"
