Waiting for a Fish Fry

Some of the guys have gone deep-sea fishing today and we are waiting for them to return with lots of fish so that we can have a neighborhood fish fry. The ones left behind all went out to eat lunch together. As an update, the guy whose car was rammed by the flying tent went to the garage today to get an estimate of damages. I was surprised to learn that the repair bill would equal $1500.00 plus at least 5 days of car rental. He took the estimate to the park office to inform them of their responsibility but I haven't heard the response yet. This could get to be pretty sticky situation.

Yesterday, I received a call from a friend from home who is in the area visiting her son. That was a real surprise. We may get together before she returns home. It's always a nice surprise to hear from home folks.
