Loving March Madness!

That's right, I'm a big fan of college basketball and of course, I'm pulling for Roy Williams and those Tarheels to take it all! I feel sure they have the talent; however, they don't always play that way. Naturally, I am pulling for those Oklahoma Sooners too since both these places are my alma mater (OU isn't expected to go that far however). I'm thinking I may need to take an evening nap if I want to stay up and see those late games tonight. The main one I want to see tonight is the Duke game though.

Tomorrow, my son and his fiance will be coming in to spend the day with us. We haven't seen them since our return from the Sunshine State. We will soon be attending their wedding in May. I'm happy for him and think that he's getting a very nice young lady and that's what I have been praying for. Our daughter and her family are spending several of these Easter holidays at the nearby lake camping (I hope they will come in tomorrow to have lunch with all of us.).

Next weekend, our Relay for Life Team will be sponsoring our annual Scrap-a-thon, and I must say that wears me out! I love to scrapbook and the special event makes me get some done. I am so far that I will never catch up I think. (I am still on the year 1958!) I am constantly adding more photos to my collection, especially for my travel books which I keep separately; there, again, I am far, far behind, I think around 1970. And, then I want to re-d0 my wedding photos. If I would just stay with it, I could accomplish a very wonderful feat and have something for my children and grandchildren to perhaps enjoy in the future.

I went to have my eyes checked today and everything that I type is in Blue for some reason! Maybe the drops he used to dilate my pupils had an effect on them (at the time, the drops were yellow but I saw purple, but now blue!) My cataracts have grown significantly and rather quickly too; however, they are still not ready to be removed so that Medicare will pay for them. I was told that they cannot be better than 20/50 with glasses in order for them to pay. I hate to wait that long because they are really beginning to bother me. So much so, that I must get off here now and see if I can change colors!
