Egg Business is Thriving
The grands are still enjoying checking their money cups to see how much they have earned selling their family's eggs. So far, they have $15 each. Their mom will be taking them to the bank soon to let them learn how to deposit; they won't need any help spending a little of it though. The boy says he will save $10 of it and I think that's great. What a wonderful lesson many of us can learn from these children. I have a back order for eggs right now but soon, all of my friends will have theirs and we may have to go out searching for new customers (or citizens, as the girl calls them).
Another week is almost gone already and I have so much I would like to do but I keep putting things off. I really want to get back to my scrapbooking, especially since I'm so very far behind with that. I do enjoy doing that but tend to only do it when we get the crowd together. I must start planning my days better. Retirement can really mess one up; we tend to get much less done that when we worked, mainly because we figure we have so much time on our hands that we can do it any time...not. Someday, yes, someday, I will get it all together. Right!
