On a Roll!
Day # 2: I made it again!! Can you believe it? How did I do it this time? I walked around the park twice, attended my 30-minute exercise class, and walked the park 2 more times. Tonight, after a great shrimp dinner, we went to Lowe's store and walked around for a hour. I completed 12,812 steps!! I am so proud of me. Of course, it won't be long before this routine is boring I'm sure. Katja suggested nordic walking but I'm not familiar with that. I hope you will explain it to me, Katja.
No Bingo tonight, only Tuesday and Wednesday nights. Rachel, your grandmother sounds like my kind of grandma. Do you suppose that magic Bingo dust or a lucky Bingo chair will help me? I'm game for anything. I've done most things in my 67 years, except I never parasailed, bungee jumped, went sky diving, or snow skiing (I was a slolum queen though! and I could dance a great jig until I broke my leg). At any rate, I'm better now and I'm on a roll!!
