Walking with a DVD
Question: What do you write about when nothing exciting has happened? I can tell you that I am very, very sore tonight! Today, I exercised my 30 minutes this morning; I walked a mile around the park; 5 of us gals went to Target and walked around there for 1 and a half hours where I bought a walking DVD. There are 3 different levels but they all walk a mile; yet, they are not just stepping in place. You are instructed to do other things along the way. I was able to do the "easy walking" level but it seemed like more than a mile (15 minutes). The second level is called "Fat blasting interval one-mile walking" which works the upper and lower body as well. (I was able to do the activities but ran out of gas quickly!) The third level is the "power one-mile walking and toning". For this level, I need to buy some weights. I'll be awhile getting to this although, once again, I could do some of these had I not been so tired by now. Lastly, the DVD offered a 10-minute stretching time. Some of these are pretty tough and I may never be able to do all of these. Many I can do though; however, I may have to take a nap first from having done so much prior to this!!
Now, if I can just get up from this chair and get ready for bed, I'll be talking to you tomorrow! Ouch!!!!! Ugh!!! H..E...l.....p..........................................!!
