Where's My Paper?

I wasn't sure that I was going to be able to blog tonight. After 10 minutes of trying to get my blog up I was finally successful. Not that I have anything to blog about, just wanted to keep in touch. Today is Pearl Harbor Day and I think I blogged about it last year. So far today, I still haven't heard anything on radio or TV about this day...such a shame. I do hope that it lives in the heart of people and that, when they look at the calendar, they will take a moment to think of the survivors and all those who lost their lives and their families.

We received no newspaper today so we wonder if the office is closed because of the day. (That would be unusual if it's the reason). It's really not surprising when we don't get a paper. Sometimes, the paper man gets into this mood where we will miss several days; however, I'm surprised that he is doing this so close to Christmas when he will be expecting gifts from all the residents. Let's just see if we get one tomorrow. What's the song say, "You better be good, I'm telling you why...." And, last I heard, I was Santa Claus on this hill!
