Enjoying the Winter

We returned to our RV home about 9:00 PM last night after having a wonderful visit with Don's sister, brother-in-law, and niece. They have a very beautiful home which includes an indoor pool! Surrounding the home was a beautifully-maintained yard which our niece planned, including Christmas Palms, banana trees, and even a small flower and vegetable garden! It is very impressive, located in an aeropark. Attached is their two-bedroom guest house in which Don's sister and brother-in-law live. It's a perfect size for two people: 2 bedrooms with adjoining bath, den and kitchen.

We didn't know that one of our grandsons was in the area yesterday. He is stationed at a navy base not too far away and he had to visit a dentist. He probably wouldn't have had time to see her anyway.

Yesterday, some of my kin left on a trip abroad. Even though I wouldn't be seeing them, I will miss them. And, my daughter-in-law will be flying to Phoenix, AZ, soon too. Everyone seems to be enjoying the winter by going somewhere else. I think that's great when one can do that!

All-in-all, yesterday was an enjoyable day. I hope yours was too.
