Flea Market Day

This was a fun day for me. I was able to spend time with a friend from home, a big surprise. I introduced her to the very large flea market here. We only had 2 hours to look around, less than half the time we needed, actually, to do the place justice. It would be easy to spend an entire day or two there because it is huge. I hated that I had to rush back to keep an appointment. I wish I had been able to take her tomorrow instead; however, we are having our big yard sale here in the park and Don has a few things to put out for sale. I was excited, though, when I received a call telling me that she and her husband would be coming over tomorrow to spend time with us. I look forward to that visit.

Sunday is the Edison's Children's Electric Parade. I have never seen that one but I may try to see it this year. I have been going to the big Edison Electric Parade which will be next weekend. They really put on a fantastic show with every float lighted beyond belief. Perhaps I will get some photos of that for the blog.
