2,000 Hits!

I am celebrating this morning! I have now have reached 2000 hits on my blog! I know, that's not very many at all compared to some blogs I read; however, for me, I think that's great! I hope that you will keep reading.
To follow up on my trip with my sisters, we did have a great time. We spent a lot of time in the mall, in one of our favorite stores, Hecht's. Unfortunately, all of three of us spent far more than we had planned. In fact, we only went to exchange a blouse, but we ended up buying more blouses, slacks, and even shoes! We were told that Hecht's will very soon be converted to Macy's. Now, I don't know if that applies to all their stores or just this one. I hope that we will like it as well; however, I always thought Macy's was more expensive.
After the mall, we enjoyed dinner at O'Charley's, one of my favorite places for soup and salad, then on to Target, before returning home at the early hour of 10:30 PM. For people our age, we are often told that we are nightowls. I say, when you're still able to hoot, keep it up! Like I read somewhere one time, it's better to wear out than to rust out.
